Christian Brünkmans is an associate in the law firm of Mc Dermott Will & Emery LLP based in its Düsseldorf office. He is a member of the German Corporate Group, where his practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and insolvency law. Christian received his law degree from the University of Bonn and studied also in Leiden. Christian was scientific officer of Professor Dr. Wagner at the University of Bonn. During this time he wrote and supported the publication of several professional articles in the area of insolvency and international corporate law and was a lecturer in private law.
