Christian Kim is an associate in the Riverside office of Atkinson, Andelson, Loya, Ruud & Romo. He primarily advises school districts, community colleges, and county offices of education on land use, environmental law, eminent domain, public works construction law, and real property matters. Mr. Kim also represents private sector clients on land use, environmental law, and real property matters, including eminent domain and real property litigation. Prior to joining AALRR, Mr. Kim worked for the County of Riverside where he counseled County officials on land use, environmental law, and real property matters. During law school, Mr. Kim worked as a law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office in Seattle, Washington. Mr. Kim is fluent in conversational Korean. |
