Prior to joining Strategic Advisors, Mr. Harsch spent over five years with Source Capital, Ltd., a regional middle market investment banking firm, where he advanced from the positions of Associate and Senior Associate to the role of Vice President. Mr. Harsch's investment banking experience encompasses a wide range of engagements, including acquisition advisory services, divestitures, structuring shareholder transactions, planning and executing MBOs, senior and subordinated debt placements, venture capital placements, industry and market analysis and growth strategy. Mr. Harsch began his career in the securities industry as a Registered Representative with TD Waterhouse Securities, where he was primarily responsible for developing new business at the firm's Pittsburgh branch office. Mr. Harsch graduated with a B.S. in Secondary Mathematics Education from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and received his M.B.A. in Finance and Investments from the University of Pittsburgh , Katz Graduate School of Business. He is Series 7, Series 8 and Series 63 licensed by the NASD.
