Mr. Johnson practices in the firm's securities litigation and regulatory practice group. He also has extensive experience litigating products liability, mass tort, insurance defense, and commercial matters on behalf of Fortune 500 companies and Global 500 companies, including Pfizer, Inc., Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, The Allstate Corporation, Comcast Corporation, ITT Industries, Inc., and Ingersoll-Rand Company.
After graduating from law school, Mr. Johnson served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Ronald E. Bookbinder, J.S.C., in the Superior Court of Burlington County. In his second year of law school, Mr. Johnson placed second overall in the Hunter Advanced Moot Court Competition, and also authored the Second Best Appellate Brief in that Competition. In his third year of law school, Mr. Johnson was chosen by the Rutgers' faculty to serve on the Hunter Advanced Moot Court Board, and was elected Research Editor by his co-board members. |
