Ms. Anderson is based in Fredericks Michael’s New York office, focusing on cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining FM&Co., Ms. Anderson was an investment banking associate for TM Capital Corp., a boutique merchant bank primarily focused on mergers & acquisitions. Ms. Anderson has worked on a variety of domestic and international transactions across a wide range of industries including consumer retail, business services, oil & gas, technology, real estate and health care. In addition to her various M&A assignments, Ms. Anderson has completed numerous fairness opinions, ESOP valuations, and recapitalization analyses. Prior to TM Capital, Ms. Anderson was an analyst in the M&A groups at Bear, Stearns & Co. and Rothschild, Inc., as well as an intern in the M&A group at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ). Ms. Anderson holds a B.A. from Stanford University in Economics, and completed a year of study at the London School of Economics. |
