Chris Zook brings over nine years of international corporate finance experience to Q Advisors. Prior to joining the firm in 2004, Chris worked in London as an Associate in the Technology Investment Banking Group of SG Cowen (now Cowen & Co.), where he was involved primarily with software industry clients. Before helping to open Cowen's London office, Chris was based in Boston and New York, where he assisted the firm's technology clients with mergers and acquisitions. Over the course of his career, Chris has been involved in the execution of almost $3 billion in public and private mergers and acquisitions transactions and private capital raises, including work for clients such as Lightship Telecom, SpectraLink and Stonesoft, as well as transactions involving Avocent, BEA Systems, IBM, Polycom, Openwave, and Texas Instruments. In addition to his investment banking work, Chris' experience also includes middle market corporate banking. Originally from Colorado, Chris received a B.S. in Business Administration with honors from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. |
