Chris is a Senior Consultant for Courtland assigned to the Michigan Department of Education’s Continuous Improvement and Monitoring System (CIMS) project with partner Public Sector Consulting. Chris began his career at Medifacts International, an Orthopedic Marketing Research firm. There he conducted market research in the medical device field, researched secondary data sources, gathered market share information and contributed to industry market research reports. In 1997, Chris joined Electronic Data Systems (EDS) as a Business Analyst providing hardware and software support to the General Motors client. In 1998, Chris became a team leader, and in 1999, was promoted to a supervisor role. In both leadership roles, Chris was responsible for managing individuals and providing customer support to a variety of clients. In 2000, Chris joined Courtland Consulting as a Site Coordinator on the Michigan Child Support Enforcement System (MICSES) project. He was responsible for coordinating all tasks related to the implementation/conversion of Michigan counties to the new system. In 2006, Chris took on the role of Project Manager for the Continuous Improvement and Monitoring System (CIMS) project for the State of Michigan. Chris is responsible for managing all training, testing, documentation and helpdesk operations. Chris holds a Masters of Business Administration concentrated in Leadership and Information Technology from Baker College, and a Bachelor of Business Administration concentrated in Finance from Western Michigan University. |
