Chris Stala joined KPMG Corporate Finance in 2005. Chris has over 14 years of extensive experience in divestitures, acquisitions, and public mergers as well as capital markets, investment banking and finance.
Chris has advised both the public and private sectors on a wide range of M&A transactions, including public utility mergers, roadway infrastructure transactions, cross-border M&A, corporate divestitures and public and private equity offerings. Prior to joining KPMG Corporate Finance, Chris held positions with Fifth Avenue Investment Partners, SG Barr Devlin, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, and Salomon Brothers.
Chris holds an M.B.A. in Finance, Marketing, and Management Policy from Northwestern University, Kellogg Graduate School of Management in Evanston, Illinois and a B.S. in Engineering from Columbia University in New York. |
