A serial entrepreneur, STRATACACHE is Mr. Riegel's third successful startup in his 18 years in systems and networking technology ventures. Mr. Riegel attended Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio, leaving prior to graduation to start his first enterprise networking business at the dawn of the Local Area Network age.
