Chris is a Managing Director and Regional Finance & Accounting Practice Leader of the Xperianz Midwest Practice with concentration in the Southwestern Ohio and the Lexington and Louisville, Kentucky marketplaces. He is a former Big Four Senior Manager with 14 years of diverse business experience. Chris has a strong audit and consulting background with Arthur Andersen and was a Senior Manager of Internal Audit Services for Ernst and Young. He was instrumental in developing the Internal Audit Department for a fortune 50 company. Chris also successfully launched the Cincinnati division of an international human capital company, which led the office to a top 10 worldwide status within a two year period. In 2001, Chris founded CAP-SOLUTIONS, a well-respected professional services company in Cincinnati with clients that included Sara Lee, Perfetti Van Melle, and General Cable. Chris has a strong background in both finance and technology, enabling him to negotiate the increasingly complex business systems challenges confronting today s finance executives. He is a proven authority in optimizing system implementation and post-implementation to deliver maximum return on investment for his clients. Chris is a CPA and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Accounting major from Ohio University in June of 1989.
