Prior to joining TTM, Chris was the COO and VP of Marketing and Sales for IDT Spectrum, a subsidiary of IDT Corp (NYSE: IDT) focused on wireless backhaul. He held similar positions for the predecessor subsidiary, Winstar Communications, a CLEC focused on the enterprise and government markets, and he was a key member of the transition team that re-purposed the Winstar spectrum for wireless backhaul. Chris has also helped to promote the fixed wireless sector as a board member for the Wireless Communications Association (WCA).
For two years prior to Winstar, Mr. O'Loughlin served as General Manager for Qwest Local Broadband, where he had P&L responsibility for the construction and operation of the fiber network in New York. There, Chris was responsible for capital budgets of $65 Million and exceeded revenue objectives. Before Qwest, Mr. O'Loughlin held national Sales Management positions at Verizon (formerly Bell Atlantic/NYNEX) for 9 years, where he led teams serving the Fortune 500 and Global ISP markets. During his tenure, Chris managed annual revenues in excess of $85 Million and exceeded new-revenue objectives. Mr. O'Loughlin has a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and has conducted post graduate work in Organizational Structure at Columbia University. Mr. O'Loughlin was a member of the 1992 & 1996 U.S. Olympic Fencing teams and won the NCAA and National Championships. |
