Chris O'Geen is a Vice President in the Washington D.C. office at Jefferies Quarterdeck, the Aerospace & Defense Investment Banking Group at Jefferies. In his four year tenure with the firm, Mr. O'Geen has closed several transactions in the international aerospace and defense and government IT services industries. He has completed M&A and capital markets transactions with various public and private clients including General Dynamics Corporation, Essex Corporation, Esterline Technologies, Computer Sciences Corporation and AAR Corporation, among many others. Previously, Mr. O'Geen worked in the Investment Banking Group at Banc of America Securities in Chicago where he was involved in various M&A and capital markets transactions. Mr. O'Geen received a BS from Vanderbilt University. |
