Chris Nowlin serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Web.com. Nowlin possesses diverse human resources compensation and organizational development experience as well as traditional business experience gained during several operational roles throughout his career primarily in the technology and insurance sectors. Nowlin joined Web.com from HostPro and has served in several human resources leadership positions including Director of Compensation followed by Director of Human Resources. Prior to joining the company in 1999 he served in a multitude of human resources leadership positions for the Automobile Club of Southern California. Nowlin earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology & Business from Pepperdine University and also holds an MBA from Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business and Management. |
