Chris Niccolls has over twenty years of experience managing support services for professionals. Prior to joining Integreon, Chris was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking division of Bear Stearns & Co. Inc., where he was responsible for global delivery of professional support services in multiple US and European locations, including: presentations, graphic services, research, reporting services and quality control. Responsible for improving service levels and reducing costs, one of his accomplishments in this role was the development of offshore delivery centers. Before Wall Street, Chris was the Director of Research at Gavin Anderson & Co., an investor relations firm, where he developed and managed their corporate library and managed technical services. Chris also served as the manager of IT services at the American Booksellers Association (ABA), a New York based trade association. Based in New York, Chris has global responsibility for Integreon’s account management, program implementations, performance management systems, and operations best-practice consulting. |
