Promoted to Senior Vice President in January 2004. Responsible for improving customer value in JDA’s global support organization by ensuring consistent quality support.
Previously served as Vice President of Client Support Services; Vice President of Consulting Services Americas from 2001 to 2003; Vice President of U.S. Consulting Services from 2000 to 2001; Vice President Consulting Eastern Region from 1997 to 2000; Director of Consulting Services Northeast Region from 1995 to 1997. Joined JDA in 1991 as a Project Lead Northeast Region.
Prior to JDA worked for an IBM business partner where he helped launch a retail consulting group establishing the company as an IBM AS/400 and POS provider.
