Mr. Miltenberger was appointed President and Chief Operating Office for i2Telecom in August, 2008. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Miltenberger, 52, served as managing director of Virenta, LLC, an organization currently engaged by i2Telecom as its external marketing team. Prior thereto, he served of counsel from September 2005 to April 2008 at the Miltenberger Law Firm, specializing in the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts and other business-related legal matters. From 1998 to 2004, Mr. Miltenberger was President and General Counsel at Resource Concepts, Inc., a profitable computer services company with sales in excess of $25 million and over 150 employees that was sold to a private equity firm in April 2004. From 1982 until 1998, he was an associate and then partner of Worsham, Forsythe & Woolridge LLP (now Hunton & Williams LLP). Mr. Miltenberger earned a Juris Doctrate from the University of Missouri in 1982, where he was a member of the Missouri Law Review, and a B.A. degree in Accounting and Economics, cum laude, from Southeast Missouri State University in 1978.
