As Vice President and Director, SRA Strategic Consulting, Chris McGoff ensures SRA clients have support for identifying, developing, and implementing their strategic initiatives. He works closely with senior executives in the public and private sectors on strategic issues, facilitation of high-level meetings, and executive coaching. McGoff is also responsible for directing and growing SRA's work in strategic consulting. He will continue to build on client successes in the areas of public safety and interoperability (data and voce communications for first responders).
For over 24 years, McGoff has facilitated technology-intensive strategy sessions for over 12,000 government and industry professionals to drive improved performance and sustain complex change. He is an internationally recognized expert in organization strategy, transformation, and large systems change management. McGoff previously served as CEO of Touchstone Consulting Group, Inc., acquired by SRA in April of 2005. |
