Chris Joyce is a veteran sales and business development professional with 12 years of experience in customer and partner-facing sales roles in the high-tech industry. Prior to joining Mercent, he held the position of Microsoft Global Alliance Manager at Trend Micro, a publicly traded antivirus software company. While at Trend, Joyce managed the sell-to, sell-with and sell-thru relationships between Trend Micro and Microsoft. Previously, he spent over seven years with IBM in various sales and business development roles, most recently owning the Microsoft account. Joyce is trained in Solution Selling best-practices at IBM and Microsoft. He holds a bachelor's degree from Georgia State University’s School of Public and Urban Affairs. |
