Chris has specialized in the sale and leasing of user and investment, office / industrial properties since 1989. Prior to joining Klein & Heuchan, Inc., Chris was the managing partner of a locally owned Real Estate Investment Partnership charged with acquiring, leasing and managing the portfolio of properties.
Chris earned his CCIM designation in 2001 and is a member of the State and National chapters of the CCIM Institute. Considered the PhD of Commercial Real Estate, only 6% of Commercial Realtors worldwide hold the elite title. Chris has maintained himself as a top producer and is also an active member of The Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors and has received a Pinnacle Award annually, since 1999.
Chris prefers to focus his efforts on one-of-a-kind assignments, which engage his creativity and analytical skills. He has been instrumental in the resolution of many Problem Properties where environmental issues, public perception, bankruptcy, non-conforming, redevelopment or similar challenges have required extraordinary diligence and marketing.
Chris is active in the community. He is a board member of Boy Scout Troop 413 and past Advancement Chair. He also serves on the board and is the past President and Treasurer of the DePaul School for Dyslexia. He has been a resident of Clearwater since 1971.
