I began my career with Westport One in 1997. I made my first placement within 9 days of starting and I haven’t stopped! In August 2000, I achieved the status of a CSAM, or Certified Senior Account Manager. This is a distinction held by less than 10% of the recruiters in the system.
In April of 2002, I was promoted to the role of Operations & Development Manager. My primary focus is to identify top talent for our organization and provide training and guidance. ** I do not work a recruiting desk any more. I work exclusively with the Westport One staff.
Since the beginning, I have always made a conscience effort to ensure that the candidate is making the right decision in accepting an offer with my client-company. I also believe in working with client-companies who are quality organizations who have track records of treating their people right, paying them well, and maintaining continued growth.
