Chris Haugen has a diverse oil and gas industry background with more than 20 years of experience covering a wide range of upstream and midstream operations. As Engineering Manager with Kirkpatrick Oil Company, he is responsible for reserves determination for existing wells, engineering evaluation of new development and exploration wells, and economic evaluation of all company projects.
Haugen began his career in New Orleans as a Petroleum Engineer with Chevron USA, where he was responsible for production operations covering several offshore fields. He later moved to Tulsa and was a Business Development Analyst with Transok, Inc. before joining Oklahoma City-based Enogex Inc. as Business Development Manager and later as Manager, Exploration and Production. Prior to joining Kirkpatrick Oil Company in 2005, Haugen was Manager, Outside Operated with Cimarex Energy Company where he was responsible for the oversight of all outside-operated producing properties spanning 12 states.
Haugen earned a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering and an MBA in Finance from the University of Tulsa. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers. |
