Chris has more than 20 years experience in supply chain software, management consulting, and industry. Most recently he was founder and CEO of Avere, a venture-backed, real-time supply chain software company, which he subsequently sold to a publicly traded supply chain execution vendor. Prior to Avere, Chris was Vice President of Product Management and Industry Solutions at Adexa, where he was responsible for driving the product strategy and helping to grow Adexa into a leading supply chain solution provider. Chris was also instrumental in helping to grow Accenture s supply chain strategy practice in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he managed multiple strategy and software implementation projects for fortune 500 clients in the High-Tech and CPG industries, and established himself as a supply chain thought leader. Chris holds a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University , and a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sacramento State University.
