How would you describe your career path to reach your current position? The international adventure I was looking for - I went from Boston to Grenoble, France and then back to Boston and then back to Europe!
Why did you choose Teradyne? Teradyne offered a much more vibrant environment compared to the other job opportunities that were available to me at the time.
What is most challenging about your job? The challenge is balancing constant change while keeping our customers happy while trying to meet the personal goals of the employees.
What do you love about your job or what do you find most rewarding? Working in a global organization where I get to meet and work with people from U.S., Europe and Asia on a daily basis.
How do you think the people at Teradyne differ from those you might find in other companies? I have only worked at Teradyne and have no real comparison! But, I can say that the level of customer service, dedication and concern for the success of our customers is greater at Teradyne than what I have seen elsewhere.
Please describe how you view the corporate culture. What do you like most about it? I am always surprised by the dedication of our employees to get the job done. Many people don’t hesitate to make sacrifices for the good of the company. I think it’s truly a Teradyne trait. Whether I am in France, Germany, Italy, Asia, or the US, the local cultures change, but, the Teradyne culture of keeping customers happy and working hard to meet deadlines always seems to dominate. |
