Chris began his real estate career in 1989 working in his father’s real estate appraisal business, assisting with residential and commercial appraisals. He graduated from Lynchburg College in 1993 and became a licensed real estate salesperson in 1994 focusing on commercial real estate brokerage. Chris has handled sales and leasing assignments involving over 30 different Fortune 500 companies in over 40 different localities throughout Virginia. In 1996, Chris went to work with Milton Realty Service Company, Inc., achieving top sales figures in the company during numerous years. Chris became Vice President of Milton Realty Service Co., Inc. in 2002 and the company merged with Hall Associates, Inc. in 2006. Chris specializes in office, industrial and retail sales and leasing and has been closely involved in numerous real estate development projects for his clients.
