With 15 years of experience implementing Business Intelligence solutions in various industries, Chris brings an unparalleled level of professionalism to his role as ISA’s Vice President of the Business Intelligence Practice. He began his career in 1992 as a Financial Analyst and Reporting Specialist for Banker’s Trust Company. Chris was quickly recruited by Cognos where he spent much of his career providing consulting and implementation services to large international organizations. From Cognos, Chris formed a New York-based consulting firm called Total Data Management (TDM), specializing in Business Intelligence implementation services. Within one year, TDM had developed a notable client list that included HSBC, Chase Manhattan Bank, DLJ, American Express, McKinsey & Company, Citigroup and Moet Hennessy USA just to name a few. It was Chris’ strong network and outstanding reputation within the Business Intelligence community that allowed TDM to flourish and become a go-to firm in the New York region. In 2001, TDM merged with ISA Consulting and Chris became a partner. As Vice President of the Business Intelligence Practice, Chris plays a key role in growing this practice and the top line as well increasing overall customer success and satisfaction. |
