Chris Duffus is the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development at M2Z Networks. Most recently, Mr. Duffus was CFO, for the public sector payments, subsidiary of First American Payment Systems. Mr. Duffus' was previously CFO, board secretary and treasurer for Govolution, Inc., a leading venture-backed provider of electronic payment software and services to the public sector and the banking industry which was acquired by First American in 2005.Prior to Govolution, he worked as an associate with the Metromedia Company where he provided strategic and financial support to portfolio companies with over $1.5 billion in combined revenues. Before that, Mr. Duffus worked for Goldman Sachs where he was an analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions group. Mr. Duffus earned his MBA from the Darden School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia and a BS degree in business administration from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University. Mr. Duffus serves in a number of professional and non-profit organizations including founding the Scholars' Club, now part of Florida Gulf Coast University, which has grown into one of southwest Florida's premier academic organizations having served over 40,000 minority and "at-risk" students since its' inception in 1989. |
