Chris Dillman, Senior Associate, joined Kincannon and Reed in November, 2007. He brings with him over 15 years of experience in executive search and corporate staffing. Chris’s career in executive search began in the Chicago office of Spencer Stuart where he managed executive search assignments in healthcare, not for profit, consumer goods, finance, manufacturing and life sciences. He was also part of the High Tech practice group with Heidrick & Struggles and spent two years in the Industrial practice at Korn Ferry International. While in a consulting role with James Drury Partners, a leading boutique executive search firm, Chris helped to build and establish the practice in Chicago. Chris’ experience also includes a corporate staffing role with a leading consumer products company where he helped to build and implement a centralized staffing function. He has extensive experience in research and candidate development, and has managed search assignments at the executive and senior executive level across all functional areas of various client organizations. |
