Chris Brooks is Chief Technology Officer of Corillian Corporation. Brooks holds Bachelor of Science degrees in both computer science and electrical engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. He earned a master's degree in electrical and computer engineering, with an emphasis on high-availability computing, from the University of California at Santa Barbara. As a captain in the U.S. Air Force, Brooks led software teams for four years in developing cockpit research simulations. He then worked at Micron Technology, where he led a team responsible for the delivery and support of production software for their worldwide computer memory fabrication facilities. His articles have been published in software development magazines and he is a frequent speaker at national software development conferences. Chris also serves on the board of directors for the Software Association of Oregon (SAO). |
