Drawing on past corporate-side human resources expertise, Chris exclusively recruits senior human resources executives for his clients. Chris is a member of the firm’s Human Resources Practice. He has successfully completed senior human resources assignments across multiple industry sectors for clients ranging from Fortune 50 companies to companies with several hundred million dollars in revenue and start-ups where the focus has been on identifying world-class talent in both HR generalist and specialist areas. Additionally, Chris has completed searches for major U.S-based multinational companies with businesses in Europe, Asia/Pacific and Latin America, identifying individuals with considerable global experience. Chris provides consultation to clients who regard their employees as the key to gaining and maintaining competitive leadership positions in their industry. He works with companies to energize their human resources through key executive placements, providing diverse slates of candidates. Prior to joining CTPartners, Chris had a prominent role in the Global Human Resources Practice of Highland Partners, a firm acquired by Heidrick & Struggles in late 2006. Chris entered the search profession with Korn/Ferry International. Chris’ most recent corporate role was leading Executive Staffing for Aetna, Inc., a $20 billion, 27,000 employee leader in the health benefits sector. During the first ten years of his career, Chris held HR generalist and recruiting leadership roles of increasing responsibility with May Department Stores Company and Melville/CVS Corporation, where he ultimately became Vice President, Corporate Human Resources for a Melville division. He completed May’s prestigious Executive Training Program upon graduation from college. Chris graduated from the University of Connecticut. He is based in the firm’s New York headquarters. |
