EXPERIENCE
Chris joined the Management Recruiters of Ann Arbor in 1997 and focuses on quality and manufacturing recruiting for tier one automotive suppliers. These clients can range in size from $10 million in sales to Fortune 100 companies. Typical positions he works on range from Quality Engineer to Vice President of Global Quality. He also works on positions in warranty, reliability, supplier development and purchasing. He has built a database of more than 3,400 contacts in quality alone, and has placed over 165 candidates across 11 states.
Chris has been the top account executive in the office from 1998 - 2003, and was inducted into MRI?s Hall of Fame in 2001. He has also been awarded ?Pacesetter? status eight years in a row. ?Pacesetter? status is a designation reserved for only the top 10% of recruiters in MRINetwork?, out of over 5,000 recruiters.
EDUCATION & BACKGROUND
Prior to joining Variant Partners, Chris worked as a college recruiter for Eastern Michigan University. In 2003, Chris was Placement Chair for Ann Arbor Section 1010 of the American Society for Quality.
