After graduating from Sydney University in 1969, Dr. Blair immediately entered small animal practice. Dr. Blair has been actively involved in Australian veterinary affairs, including serving twelve years on the Veterinary Surgeons Board, and fifteen years with the Australian Veterinary Association committee. In addition, he has obtained his membership from the Australian College of Small Animal Surgery. |
