Chris M. Hazell, Chief Administrative Officer for OAO Technology Solutions, has global responsibility for all HR, Information Technology and administrative support functions, including employment and recruitment, benefits administration, compensation, labor relations, employee relations, corporate administration and facilities, information technology and risk management. A key member of the Executive Management Team, she works closely with the CEO and other executive management team members to integrate these support functions within the business. Her teams provide support to the company through critical start-ups, due diligence activities, rapid growth, restructuring and acquisitions.
Chris joined OAOT in 1996 from OAO Corporation, the former parent company. During her 18-year career at OAO Corporation, she held increasing levels of management responsibility, including Director of Human Resources and Vice President of Human Resources and Administration with oversight responsibility of over 3,600 employees.
She holds a B.S. in Business Management from Bowie State University and is a Maryland-licensed agent for property/casualty and health and life insurance. Chris is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans. |
