Chris focuses his vision and energy on development and construction projects that expand Duke’s core market areas and penetrate emerging market segments. Chris leads Duke’s efforts on office and industrial build to suits, healthcare, retail and mixed-use projects nationwide.
In the past, his responsibilities included:
Serving Duke’s Florida operations as Senior Vice President in Central and South Florida from 2001 to 2003.
Managing Duke’s Indiana Office Group from 1997 to 2001 as Senior Vice President.
Working in the company’s Acquisitions Group as an Assistant Vice President.
Leasing Indianapolis’ office properties, when he joined Duke as a Leasing Representative in 1993.
Chris earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Real Estate from Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Butler University.
Over the years, Chris has developed projects valued at more than $500 million, created strategic relationships in emerging markets, and strengthened Duke’s position in growth markets. Chris continues to bring a customer-centered approach to all projects. |
