Mr. Williford has served as Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer since January 1993, and as Executive Vice President of the Company since May 1993. Prior to joining Abraxas, Mr. Williford was Chief Financial Officer of American Natural Energy Corporation, from July 1989 to December 1992, and President of Clark Resources Corporation, from January 1987 to May 1989. Mr. Williford received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Pittsburg State University in 1973. |
