Chris Pothering practices primarily in the areas of general business advice and transactions. With extensive experience in contract negotiation and management, Chris assists domestic and international business clients with acquisitions, divestitures, real estate transactions, construction contracts, software licenses, and a wide range of other business agreements. She has been the lead in-house counsel on several multi-million dollar divestitures in Washington and nationally.
My goal in every transaction is to come away with a win-win in which both parties gain value. I like to work as a member of my client’s team, and find it most helpful to be involved from the very beginning so I can help my client identify opportunities and red flags as soon as they appear.
One of my biggest priorities is to be responsive to our clients. I am very focused on keeping clients informed every step of the way so they know exactly what I’m doing on their behalf and how their project is moving forward. These transactions are often stressful, so it’s important to me that they have trust and confidence that they’re being well taken care of. |
