Chiu M. Chan age 54 has served as a director and as our president secretary and chief executive officer since July 1992. Mr. Chan is a registered pharmacist and during the period from May 1978 to July 1992 was employed by various healthcare service organizations in Houston Texas. Mr. Chan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from the University of Houston. Chiu M. Chan is not related to Philip S. Chan.
