Mr. Loo has been the Managing Director of Rio Tinto China and Rio Tinto Asia, subsidiaries of Rio Tinto Plc, a mining company, since July 2004. Prior to joining Rio Tinto, Mr. Loo was the China General Manager in Shanghai, People's Republic of China, for INVISTA, which was previously known as DuPont Textiles and Interiors, a subsidiary of E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company, before it was spun off and acquired by Koch Industries. He has been a director of the Company since April 2007, and is a member of the Company's Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee and Compensation Committee. |
