Chip Slack is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Intechra Holding Corp. As a principal in Votum Capital, a Mississippi based buy-out and strategic management firm, he studied the market dynamics of the ITAD industry starting in 2003 and developed the initial strategy for its consolidation which Intechra is now executing.
Having more than 20 years of business experience, Chip has shown success leading large organizations through industry change, rapid growth through multiple business stages and cycles, entrance into new industries and merger integration. He has shown leadership in multiple industries including IT asset disposition (Intechra), banking (First American Corporation), private equity (Votum Capital), nationwide ISP services (Integrity Online), and health care (Medical Care Management Systems).
Chip has been an executive vice president of First American Corporation, a vice president for Medical Care Management Systems in Bradenton, Florida; a consultant for Medical Practice Management Nashville, Tennessee; and a general manager for Spectrum Diagnostics, also in Nashville.
