Chip (Martin J. Chip Ryan, III) has more than 25 years experience in the commercial real estate industry as a broker, manager, developer, investor and owner of investment property and commercial real estate service companies. Prior to NorthMarq, Chip spent six years in investment sales at Cushman & Wakefield and nine years at Barnes Morris Pardoe & Foster (now CBRE) in Washington, D.C. He has also served as president of Cambridge Development Company and a senior sales consultant for CBRE. He is a member of the Greater Washington Commercial Association of Realtors and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). Chip is also volunteers his time with the Hospice of Northern Virginia, the American Cancer Society and Washington, D.C., youth baseball. |
