Chip started with Merry Maids as a branch manager in Mequon, Wisc., in 1995. However, he has been a member of the ServiceMaster family since 1988 when he joined the company as housekeeping supervisor. In his current position, Chip manages a team of regional franchise support managers who assist the 370 U.S. franchise partners in reaching their full potential by focusing on people and processes. Chip holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration, with an emphasis in management, and minor studies in computer information systems and the Bible. He is also certified as a Six Sigma Certified Green Belt. |
