Chinh E. Chu has been our Chairman of the Board of Directors since December 2004 and a member of our Board of Directors since November 2004. He is a Senior Managing Director of The Blackstone Group L.P., which he joined in 1990. Mr. Chu currently serves on the boards of directors of Nalco Holding Company and Nycomed Holdings. Mr. Chu also serves on the supervisory board of Celanese AG. |
