Chihoe Hahn is a Managing Director with The Ziba Group, New York. Chihoe has extensive operations, strategy, business development and sales and marketing experience. For over ten years, Chihoe has successfully founded, funded, operated and sold several innovative companies. He has a broad range of hands-on experience as he has led post-bankruptcy turnaround efforts, refined and designed warehouse, supply chain and logistical protocols, trained sales forces and call center customer service staffs, designed websites, and led ad teams in industry-leading campaigns. Most notably, in 1996 Chihoe founded Golf Club Trader a market-maker of used golf equipment (now, one of the leading product categories on eBay). At GCT, Chihoe developed several innovative systems, including a realtime buy/sell pricing end user interface. Chihoe successfully negotiated the sale of GCT to CBS Sportsline in 1999. GCT was subsequently sold multiple times and its systems now operate as Callaway Golf Pre-Owned. Chihoe is also a corporate attorney (licensed in NY and CA) and has practiced at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Dewey Ballantine and Chadbourne & Parke. Chihoe’s practice focused on emerging growth companies. Chihoe has extensive experience in financings, mergers and acquisitions and vendor and licensing contracts. He has served several companies as general counsel. Chihoe has a BA from Yale College, an MA from Columbia University (Political Philosophy) and a JD from New York University School of Law. |
