Chevy Vithiananthan oversees the professional services, Customer support, customer training, and account management functions for all Global Software Services clients in North and South America. In addition to implementation, support and daily management of customer accounts, his organization also provides custom development for clients implementing CSG’s software products.
Serving in multiple capacities in the development, support, and professional services organizations, Vithiananthan has more than a dozen years of experience with the CSG Kenan product suite. Additionally, he was instrumental in key customer implementations across the world, including those at France Telecom, British Telecom, and Optus Communications. He also was part of the original team that established CSG’s Asia Pacific office.
Past positions include work as a Mechanical Engineer at MIT. He holds bachelors and master’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering from MIT.
