Chet Marino, founder of Verus Partners, brings extensive knowledge and a distinctive personal commitment to clients. With more than 15 years experience in executive search and recruitment, he streamlines the hiring process for manager through vice president levels.

Chet began his search career in 1990 with the New York based firm Cochran, Cochran & Yale and relocated to the Denver area in 1994. Prior to launching his career in search, he spent nearly ten years in industrial electronics sales.

Chet assists small-to medium-sized growth firms with their talent acquisition strategy. He serves clients in diverse industries, including: financial services, industrial products, life sciences, and advanced technology — covering a variety of disciplines such as marketing, sales, manufacturing, engineering, finance, and general management. Chet’s combination of tenacity, resourcefulness, and personalized dedication to clients ensures highly effective hiring solutions.

Chet holds a BS degree in Management Science from Nazareth College and a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing from Regis University.

Originally from upstate New York, Chet and his wife Julie enjoy the performing arts, biking, and travel. They have two children, Lee and Rachel.
