Cheryl is Director of Human Resources at BusinessEdge Solutions. A human resources veteran, Cheryl has more than 25 years of experience directing firms in the development and administration of human resources policy, including best practices, benefits, recruiting and operations. Cheryl has led the BusinessEdge human resources team since the company’s inception in 1999. Previously, she served as head of college recruiting and director of human resources at TRECOM, an Edison, New Jersey-based systems integration and consulting firm. There she was responsible for developing and managing FastTrack, TRECOM’s first college recruiting program. Prior to TRECOM, she was operations manager at Lamba Technologies, a New York City- and Piscataway, New Jersey-based consulting firm where she maintained oversight for recruiting and operations related to national accounts. She began her human resources career at Spiridellis and Associates, a start-up technology consulting firm. Cheryl, a frequent speaker and trainer at industry venues, earned a B.A. in English and French at Montclair State University. |
