Cheryl began her career at Florida Public Utilities in 1985, advancing through a series of roles in accounting, including serving as a general, tax and regulatory accountant. She was promoted to Assistant Corporate Accounting Manager in April 1989 and assumed the leadership of Corporate Accounting in June 1995. In January 2002, Cheryl was named Controller.
She earned a B.S. degree in Accounting from Florida State University in 1984. Cheryl is a C.P.A. and a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Cheryl and her husband, Ray, have a daughter, Lindsey, and they reside in the Boynton Beach, Florida area. |
