Cheryl Gebhart, Supervisor - Asset Management, joined NorthMarq in January 2002 as a Commercial Mortgage Analyst supporting the Texas Regional offices and San Francisco. In 2003, she was promoted to Senior Commercial Mortgage Analyst within the Life Insurance Portfolio, where she served as the team lead, which entailed monitoring of the team's work volume; establishing individual and team goals; training of new employees; assisting with policies and procedures; and being a resource for others. Cheryl began supervising a Life Portfolio in 2004 as Supervisor for Asset Management. Within her current role, she manages a portfolio of 850 loans for such lenders as TIAA, Nationwide, Stancorp, and Guardian, focusing on all aspects of Asset Management, including loan events, cash management, inspections, and payoffs. Cheryl is a graduate of South Dakota State University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics. |
