While Ms. Bond may be one of the newest Care IV staff members, joining the company in April 2007, she brings more than 25 years' experience in nursing to her role as Director of the Springdale office.Originally beginning her nursing career as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Ms. Bond served in that capacity for nearly 10 years before returning to school and earning her Registered Nurse (RN) degree and license. Upon becoming an RN, she focused her career on home health care, working with Arkansas Parenteral Care and Communities Home Health for a total of nearly 18 years before joining Care IV, and most recently, she served on the Board of Directors for the Home Health Association of Arkansas for 2 years (2005 to 2007). |
