Cheryl practices in the public law area, with a primary focus on public finance. She serves as bond counsel and disclosure counsel for various issuers of tax-exempt debt in Texas, particularly cities, counties and school districts. Cheryl also serves as underwriters' counsel and advises governmental bodies on election matters.
