Cherry Doolittle serves as human resources vice president and brings many years of experience in the human resources field to DCA Services. Doolittle plans, directs and manages all phases of DCA Service’s personnel and facilities administration, including compensation, employee benefits programs, 401(K) programs, employee incentive programs, recruitment and placement. She is also responsible for developing and implementing all company policies and procedures as well as resolving employee issues. Additionally, she works to assure company policies and practices are in compliance with federal, state and city guidelines. She further represents the company on all human resources legal issues, such as unemployment and workers’ compensation appeals. Prior to joining DCA Services in 1997, Doolittle worked at OESC as an employment representative. Her responsibilities there included serving as a personnel recruiter and facilitating large groups regarding employee benefits programs. She also served as assistant to the executive director of that organization. Doolittle is originally from Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. She graduated from Putnam City High School, Oklahoma City, and attended Oklahoma City Community College. She is currently a member of both state and national human resources organizations. In her spare time she enjoys traveling and cooking and is an avid fan of football, basketball, baseball and volleybal. |
